Leicester vs Watford

Watford are in Premier League action against Leicester City this coming Sunday.

The Hornets head into the game having moved four points above the relegation zone thanks to two wins from their last five league outings.

Their latest win was one of the most shocking in the Premier League this season and would see Manchester United put to the sword by four goals to one – a result which proved to be the end of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s stint at Old Trafford.

Now, Watford turn their attentions toward a Leicester tie they likely fancy their chances of getting something from.

The Foxes are currently 12th in the Premier League and have failed to win their last three league games.

Watford duo set to miss Leicester tie

Watford, though, are set to face Brendan Rodgers’ side without the services of two key players.

As reported by Watford themselves, both Ismaila Sarr and Nicolas Nkoulou will be out of action this weekend due to injuries picked up vs Man United in gamweek 12:

Watford duo Ismaïla Sarr and Nicolas Nkoulou will both miss Sunday’s trip to Leicester City with injuries picked up during the 4-1 win over Manchester United.

Watford are currently unaware of how bad said injuries are:

The extent of the injuries to Sarr (knee) and Nkoulou (hamstring) is still being evaluated, however neither will play any part at the King Power Stadium.
